How involved do we need to be?
Most involvement is needed during discovery and design, when we learn how your business works. During development, a short regular review and quick answers to questions usually keep things moving well.
What do we receive at the end of discovery?
A written summary of goals and requirements, a proposed scope for the first release, an architecture outline, key risks and a realistic estimate with milestones.
Can we start with a small pilot?
